I’m gonna call it

BRAINING!

The brain is not a muscle but an organ.

Without the brain, the muscles doesn’t matter!

Wow, you’re really good at that, is a phrase I’ve heard once or twice while solving Rubik’s cubes in public, and it is often followed by one of these sentences.

  • I’m never gonna learn that

  • That’s just not my thing

  • I’m too dumb to ever get how it works

    NEVER SAY THINGS LIKE THESE!

I’ve heard them way too often, and the only difference between me and them, is that I picked up the rubik’scube and they never will, untill they change their mindset.

Braining is a philosophical concept that promotes training the brain like a muscle through various logical thinking processes and problem-solving activities. The idea is that engaging in structured cognitive challenges—such as chess, cup stacking, Sudoku, riddles, puzzle hunts, logic games, escape rooms, and the Rubik’s Cube—can enhance practical thinking, faster decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Unlike traditional memory-based cognitive exercises, Braining focuses on creativity and logic rather than rote memorization.
