If you think your brain is a big beautiful cosmic expanse of emptiness, you should try visiting Greenland.

Greenland is one of those types of places, where they create fences around their houses, not to keep the dogs away from the free running children, but to keep the children away from the free running dogs. The Greenlandic Sled Dogs, are native to north of the arctic circle, and is a dog ever taken south, it’s never allowed to return. They’ve had multiple accounts of children being killed by the dogs, as the dogs sometimes mistake them for a baby seal, which is often given to the pack, after a long day of pulling the sled. Now, all dogs older than 6 months are to be chained at all times, but the puppies still wander around, exploring to their hearts content.
